Popular Malayalam actor Dileep, detained in connection with a case of all of the abduction and sexual assault of a South Indian actress in February, the Kerala High Court seeking bail transferred.
The court had dismissed his bail application after discovering the phone, said by the prosecution because of important evidence in the case, hadn’t been recovered and that the identification in the case was progressing.
The celebrity in his plea today submitted that the scenario has totally changed and that he isn’t the kingpin of a participant or any criminal conspiracy therein. The petitioner said he isn’t the perpetrator of any criminal offence.
“He’s the unfortunate victim of an orchestrated media campaign and proceeding of a bunch of police officers acting on the pre-conceived belief of guilt of the petitioner and wanting to implicate him as an accused,” the petition said.
“Continued detention will not serve any helpful function for additional investigation, if any other, which being so that his further detention is unfair,” that the petitioner submitted.
The petitioner said in his whole life, he has never seen, met or talked with prime. He never understood him by confront or name and there isn’t even a remote chance of any such person meeting him.
He declared that there was a ‘conspiracy’ hatched by a section of movie industry and others who could manage police, political and media leaders to disperse falsehood and stories together.
It led to his being implicated and arraigned as accused in the case about three months following the submission of the report contrary to the accused at the actress abduction and molestation case.
The celebrity also submitted that his detention was delaying the shooting and launch of movies affecting the livelihood of individuals. He was detained on July 10 and since then for the more than a month he is in custody.
“The accused is influential and is likely to tamper with the signs whether bail is granted at this stage,” the court had said while devoting his bail application sooner.
Dileep, charged under several sections of the IPC, such as for hatching conspiracy of this actress at a car on February 17 for abduction and assault, is presently lodged in a jail in his home town Aluva.
The police have promised that the conspiracy to abduct and assault the actress and movie the act was captured by Pulsar and Dileep Suni, the prime accused in the case.
In their program, they had promised for allowing his former wife had hatched a conspiracy and know concerning his affairs that Dileep had a grudge against the actress.
Six individuals, such as Pulsar Suni, have been detained in relation to the actress abduction and molestation case.
The actress, who’s worked at Tamil and Telugu films, was abducted and molested in her car for two hours from the accused, who had forced their way into the vehicle and later escaped in a crowded place here.
