The Kerala police, on 10 July, shot into custody Malayalam actor Dileep in relation to the abduction and alleged sexual assault of a celebrity in February.
Dileep was called in the Aluva police station for questioning on Monday morning following the police collected “irrefutable proof” of his participation in the conspiracy to abduct and attack the celebrity.
While celebrity Dileep had claimed at a 13-hour interrogation two weeks ago that he did not understand Pulsar Suni, the prime accused in the case, the police recovered a photograph of Suni at the shooting location of Dileep’s recent film Georgettan’s Pooram. The police is set to set the announcements of technicians who worked on the film, including the manufacturing group.
The picture reveals Suni’s presence at the shooting location at a club in Thrissur. It is following the photograph surfaced, that the investigation team made a decision to produce the arrest of this celebrity.
According to television reports, law enforcement won’t only explore Suni’s presence at the positioning of the film, but also probe if he had been present at the shooting locations of Dileep’s other films.
Some reports also state that Dileep’s friend and director Nadirshah, who had been formerly contested by law enforcement, will probably be arrested along with Dileep.
Before this past week, the police had raided the workplace Laksyah, the online clothing shop owned by Dileep’s spouse Kavya Madhavan.
The assumptions of this e-commerce business, Laksyah, that was launched in June 2015 by Kavya, came under the scrutiny of the police since Pulsar Suni had mentioned visiting a store in Kakkanad at a letter that he had allegedly sent to Dileep.
