LOS ANGELES (AP) – Those looking to spend quality time together with Chris O’Dowd, that made a dash as the endearingly patient cop at “Bridesmaids,” have loads of opportunities now and afterwards. There’s his function as hit man and aspiring movie producer Miles Daly at Epix’s critically acclaimed “Get Shorty,” (10 p.m. EDT Sunday), which provides O’Dowd the opportunity to be trademark funny as well as tough. It is already renewed for season two. He is shooting the film “Juliet, ” Naked” with Rose Byrne along with Ethan Hawke for producer Judd Apatow.
